"It's a good property and clean. They do need to focus more on maintenance like the in room safe wasn't working and during a previous stay the fridge wasn't working. This time the room didn't have a fridge at all which is not suitable for such a hot city."

"Booking was cancelled without any notification. Staff were completely unapologetic even as 4 ladies were stranded close to midnight in foreign country. All this with an Expedia configuration to this hotel. Do yourself a favor. Never book this hotel!"
