"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "Nice and quiet location, but they were lack of staff especially for the spa. Every time I had to ask to start the Thermal water to hear up the pool which was bit embarrassing. Breakfast was good and fresh open buffet, staff was good and kind."
