"All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with a little updating. The T.V. did not work as it had not been connected properly. Air conditioning worked only one night of my 3 night stay even though I requested at reception for it to be looked 3 times. "

"Our first time in Tirana, our family stayed at Mondial. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff was helpfull at all times. Restaurant was great. The only issue we had was a bit with the noise from the street. It is well located, but in a very busy street."

"Excellent service. It shows they have a rigorous training program. The rooms are clean. The furniture in the room is dated, not really 5 star material, but it doesn’t matter much when you receive such excellent service. Highly recommend it!"

"This hotel is just a short walk (5 mins) to the main Skanderbeg Square, and is in a quiet and safe location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with free toiletries and fresh, clean towels. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed talking to them. It's also got free, high speed Wifi, that's very reliable. I'd happily stay here again, and would recommend it to others without hesitation. Free bottled water is also provided at the front desk. "

"The location of this hotel is great. Close walking distance to everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. the towels were replaced everyday although we did not request that. Hotels seem to act eco friendly but most, like this one, replace and wash towels everyday. There is no elevator but it is an historic building. There is also too much smoking for our liking even though there are no smoking signs."

"This hotel is really nice. It’s very clean, rooms are large with a kettle, the bed is the comfiest ever, I can get English programs on TV, and it’s easy to walk to many places. Breakfast is excellent. The absolute standout with this hotel is the staff, I’ve never come across a hotel where the staff have been unfailingly helpful, friendly and really go out of their way for you. "For some reason hotel received a booking for different room type than I had reserved through Expedia. Very helpful receptionist fixed that quickly. Hotel itself could use a little refreshment, but everything was clean and bed was comfortable, that's what really matters. Good location only a few minutes walk from the artificial lake, lots of shops and cafes around."

"A great apartment. The space is large, the flat brand new and in a really nice complex. It was about a 30 minute walk to the tourist sites and there is a nice shopping area nearby with bakeries, grocery, restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
