"Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. "

"The arcade some of the games were broken and the claw toy games were empty also elavators were out of order and they did not serve any food only coffee in the loby paid gor a late check out and while we were at the water park someone came in our room and stripped the beds while all of our belongings were still in the room including my wallet but over all the staff were very frendly and nice and my son had a blast "
