Good sized room.Nicely decorated.
Room was very warm- there was a fan in the room but AC would have been more appropriate.
A walk in shower would have been easier to use.Grab rail next to bath was loose.
Generous amount of tea and coffee.
Friendly staff on reception and at breakfast.
I thought breakfast was included with the twin room as it wasn't offered as an extra.We had to pay at the hotel.On the website you can book breakfast for other rooms as an extra and its cheaper than paying the hotel.

Check was awful. Staff was confused and tried to charge me again. Did not explain how to access lights and air. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain as well as the shower.

Lovely staff. They helped us with directions, taxis, and general questions about Ireland. The breakfast was lovely. Great hotel rooms and convenient location to downtown.

"The hotel is on the ring road for Kilkenny and is a good 25 minutes walk from the city centre. The only place to eat was the Bar area as the restaurant is reserved for coach parties. We found good restaurants in Kilkenny and free evening parking a few minutes walk away."
