It is very quiet, yet one kilometer walk to the city center. This was my second stay, and they have been very helpful. The breakfast is a great value. Like a home away from home.

Very nice and clean, the swiming pool was great. Our son enjoyed it everyday. The staff was very lovely and helpful both at the reception and the ladies at the restaurant. Even the housekeeping staff was friendly and always said hello. The food was delicious.

Stanza sporca. Sotto il letto polevere e calzino di chi sa quale cliente. Ospiti rumorosi e cafoni. Stanze con nemmeno un minimo di isolamento. Camere poco riacaldate. Ristorante disorganizzato e pessimo. Colazione pessima da hotel a 2 stelle. Evitate questo hotel

Stayed twice. Last stay disappointed me a lot. Cars wheel was blown off in the hotel parking lot. It was necessary to quickly solve the problem since needed to made 900 km till final destination. The staff was helpless, couldn’t even find a pump. Did not care at all, zero customer focus.

Reasonably priced clean and comfortable

The hotel is clean and comfortable and worth the price I paid for a one night stay. It's a bit dated and the breakfast buffet isn't that varied but overall a good experience. It's also quite close to the city center.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, groß und ordentlich. Bettwäsche war sauber, Handtücher konnten täglich gewechselt werden, im Bad gab es nur Seife und Duschgel im Spender. Bademantel gibt es auf Anfrage. Highlight: der Pool - allerdings außen und Wassertemperatur hängt von der Außentemperatur ab. Ansonsten können wir es nur weiterempfehlen: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist top!

Sehr gefallen hat mir die Anlage mit Swimmingpool, die Terrasse, auf der man frühstücken konnte, ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, im Zimmerpreis dabei. Alle Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig, auch das Bad mit separater Dusche, die Matratze war sehr gut (ich wohnte in Perla, 4 Sterne, es gibt auch Perla 3 Sterne), alles Nötige (gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Fön, Fernsehgerät war vorhanden, nur eine Kaffeekanne und Kaffee im Zimmer vermisste ich. Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat: das Zimmer stank stark nach kaltem Rauch, den ich nicht ganz los wurde, obwohl ich alle drei Nächte beide Fenster weit offen hatte. Die Putzfrau sagte mir, dass Rauchen im Hotel verboten sei, „aber was soll man machen, die Leute rauchen trotzdem“. Ich wüsste schon, was man dagegen tun könnte: Rauchmelder anschaffen, die gibt es leider in diesem Hotel nicht. Man bot mir wohl ein anderes stinkfeines Zimmer an, aber dessen Fenster zeigten zur lauten Straße, das schreckte mich ab. Das Hotel ist vom Zentrum zu Fuß in 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen, Straßenbahn gibt es, (in 6-10 Minuten vom Hotel erreichbar), die fährt aber zu unregelmäßig, Lohnt sich nicht.

Room was basic. It was clean but no amenities that you would expect (water, coffee in room). Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were in deseperate need of replacement. Breakfast was supposedly available until 10am, but when we arrived at 9.15am, we were left with only scraps.

Hotel Perla - Good but not great - yet.

The hotel was modern and the rooms were well appointed, however they would benefit from additional pillows being available, and also tea and coffee facilities being available in the room. The air conditioning units provided some relief from the heat but could do with an overhaul. Being partially disabled it was difficult without rails and handles being available when going up and down steps and also getting in and out of the shower.
