"The property is very basic not very suitable for families. It is ok if you are backpacking. Our rooms were not ready and nothing was ready like towels were missing and unclean washrooms.
It is run a like a boarding house."
"Not sure how this hotel is rated as a 3-star. Our room had no heat and when we spoke to the owner, he brought a small propane space heater to the room. Not only did it not heat the room, but the danger of a propane heater in an enclosed space is obvious. The bed was a boxspring with a thin pad. We could feel ever spring as we tried to sleep. We decided to leave after one night (we had booked two nights) only to have no one at the 'front desk' to turn our key over to (at 8.00am). Further, the free breakfast was not offered. The fact that the owner was kind does not offset the terrible stay we experienced."
"All the staffs there were so helpful despite being busy. They speak good French and english. So it’s easy to communicate and get things done. Will come back for sure!"
"The hotel was nice and in a beautiful location, but it's a bit tricky to find – you’ll need to walk a bit to get there, so I’d recommend not bringing too much luggage. Other than that, it's a great place for the price! Dinner was good too 👌"
"We will remember this lovely stay forever!
Mohamed welcomed us with warmth and smiles, starting with delicious Moroccan tea while we sat outside, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Gorges du Dades.
The room was a perfect reflection of the local culture, with thoughtful details and a cozy balcony. Everything smelled nice and was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everything.
On top of that, both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, prepared from scratch by the wonderful Mohamed using fresh, local ingredients. It's worth noting that we requested dinner at the very last minute, and he still managed to cook a fantastic meal just for the two of us.
To top it all off, our guide for the Monkey Fingers trail canceled at the last minute, and, since Mohamed didn’t have other guests or reservations, he graciously offered to be our guide! We later discovered he has extensive experience as a guide, and he was superb!
Mohamed truly is the most versatile and amazing host we’ve ever met.
We will definitely return one day, but more importantly, this experience will remain in our hearts forever.
Thank you, Mohamed! ❤️"
