Nice room and bathroom. The hotel is well maintained, entrance on RevoluciĆ³n. Roof restaurant has delicious happy hour margaritas and the food is excellent.

Reservamos este hotel para mis padres, dos adultos mayores de edad, y su perro de servicio. Y el personal de recepciĆ³n les negĆ³ la entrada, despuĆ©s de que se habĆ­a confirmado en la pĆ”gina web y pĆ”gina de expedĆ­a que no habĆ­a restricciones con animales de servicio (no es una mascota). Adicionalmente, la actitud de la recepcionista y la forma de tratarlos fue totalmente inaceptable. PrĆ”cticamente los discriminaron por su perro y eso sin contar la perjudicacion que les hizo pues tuvieron que salir a buscar transporte y mas hoteles donde dormir. Hay que recordar que son personas adultas, de otro paĆ­s, sin saber manejar tecnologĆ­a, sin internet en sus telĆ©fonos etc.
