"The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. "I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. :)"

"Clean unit and polite staff. The check-in was terrible. The staff did not know we are coming. There was no record of us coming. Lucky us, one of the sellers ( just happened to sit close by) seemed to recognize the unit and the owner that helped us get hold of them. The was absolutely no connection with expedia. I have to spend an hour or 2 to finally get hold of expedia operator ( not virtual) to help me connect with the owner. There was no exact location of our unit, as to what building and...

"Overall it was a great hotel. The only thing I found that I didn’t like was just some grind buildup in the showers. Other than that it was clean and the staff was very helpful. Also the walk over the connected bridge on the second floor to SM Iloilo is always appreciated."

"Excellent location, good amenities and value for the $$. Walkable to SM which is a one stop shopping, dining and entertainment destination in itself. The only ding I can give is the traffic congestion to, in and within the parking lots as it shares access and parking with the mall. The breakfast it offers while not free with stay is good value as well. I’d stay home again in a heartbeat."

"It's a typical Philippines cheat rate motel, no hot water but staff was very friendly. If your not accustomed to lifestyle in a third world country, this is not the place for you. If your a world traveler looking for cheap, I could recommend this place. If your old and don't do stairs, this is definitely not your motel. So keep in mind, just because it's in the name, it's not really for pension people."

"Seda's staff are always willing to help. Guests are always welcomed with a smile. Requests are immediately responded to. Their breakfast buffet is one of the best that I have come across. Selections are plentiful and there is a new item/s daily. Will I stay here again? Definitely."
