"The beach here is beautifully kept and the sunset live music from the staff on a Saturday at the beach bar was a great way to start the evening. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the pools were great but in need of a little TLC to replace the missing tiles. The rooms were large and plenty of storage. Always easy to get a cab into Mui Ne to check out the many bars, shops and restaurants on offer."

"For those looking for a quiet, more private Mui Ne experience, Victoria is a great choice. The beach is private, it is far from the noisy team building events and loud house music that can be so disturbing at the other resorts found farther down the road. The property is certainly old but clean, fairly well maintained, and has some great views. There are also large green spaces for kids to play and the infinity pool is extremely nice. "The resort staff is very nice. Great private beach. We had problem when checking and found out the second room is on a second floor with a very steep stairs. We asked them to open the sofa bed so my mom can sleep on since she couldn't get up the stairs. They insisted that we have to pay for the "extra" sofa bed. We told them this is not for an extra guess. It's because we couldn't get up to use the second room. It took almost an hour for the receptionist to call her manager to get the approval...

"The hotel is nestled within a beautiful garden overlooking the ocean with great sized and comfortable rooms. The best aspect of the hotel by far is the staff. Everyone has been so friendly and accommodating ensuring we wanted for nothing. This included hosting an amazing anniversary dinner for us with delicious courses on the pool terrace that couldn’t have been any more special. We are incredibly thankful to the staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a very special stay."

"I booked a beach front bangalow, and it was really clean and nice. Comfy bed, clean room. There were some mozzies but mozzies are everywhere. Their breakfast was standard but fresh. Staff were really friendly. Beach was quiet and clean, I assume the hotel cleanes everyday. Its a bit of distance from the main tourist area so if you dont rent a bike, cost for taxi might be a bit at the end. It was around 10mins by car. Plan to come back next year."

"Love the staff - 5 stars! Great price and location. Although we ran into the no hot water situation on our last night but no biggie. Hopefully we won’t encounter same issue on our next stay. Only suggestion I would make is mop the floors in the room…a little dusty. See you next time, Ocean Dunes!!"
