This place is just amazing. Location and the pool right by my door step made it perfect. Did not want to leave the villa. Exeeded my expectations!

Pipa is a fantastic place and these vilas are absolutely wonderful. Only one kilometer to Pipa and a short walk to the beach. A perfect place to stay.

Ótimo custo x benefício
Condomínio de casas residenciais com estrutura de piscina excelente, elas ficam situadas na varanda da casa. Único ponto de atenção é a ausência de TV nos quartos. Localização é no Chapadao e Praia da Amor, por tanto se não quiser agito é o local certo.

Foram dois dias em um espaço aconchegante, em meio ao verde, com jardins bem cuidados. Fiquei bastante satisfeita, só não gostei dos ventiladores quebrados e do ar pequeno para o tamanho do quarto pois, como estava muito quente, só conseguiu refrescar o quarto. A equipe é muito atenciosa.

Perfeita Estadia!
Ótima estadia. Local lindo e super agradável. Quartos amplos e confortáveis, varanda grande e equipadas, assim como toda a casa, piscinas enormes e muita natureza. Só achamos a casa, na chegada, um pouco suja, como se não tivesse sido habitada a um bom tempo, mas nada que uma geral não resolvesse. Também sentimos falta de um restaurante no próprio hotel. No mais, tudo maravilhoso!

Bangalô bastante confortável, com 3 suítes amplas, camas confortáveis e grandes, cozinha equipada. Wi fi atendeu bem. Local bonito, em frente ao chapadão. Pontos negativos: Faltou TV’s nos quartos, tinha apenas na sala. Limpeza a cada três diárias. Distante do Centro. Não tem café da manhã. Não tem toalhas para piscina. Os quartos do bangalô estavam sem chaves.

O atendimento é bom, o pessoal da recepção é atencioso, a casa é grande, os espaços são confortáveis e os jardins såo bonitos porém, as piscinas estavam sujas (chão verde), o teto de madeira do quarto cheio de cupins que ficam caindo na cama durante o dia e a noite inteira (o que torna a estancia bem desagradável) A cozinha não está bem equipada, não tem microondas e quase não tem panelas nem louça (as poucas que tem são velhas e descuidadas), a sala de estar não tem ar e só tem um ventilador de teto com as aspas incompletas. A casa é bonita, mas falta manutenção.

Frustrante.
Vou deixar mais um feedback dessa 2 visita, me perdoem por parecer ser chato, mas o intuito é de fazer vcs melhorarem. Nesta segunda vez, ficacamos hospedados 2 dias no Domus, no segundo dia resolveram limpar a piscina sem o qualquer aviso, o que estragou nossa programação. Poderia ter sido comunicado p gente com antecedência, pois não foi o combinado no ato da reserva! Na casa, a ducha da suíte estava quebrada, um dos controles remoto estava sem pilhas, outras coisas menores são o espelho da suíte estar bem oxidado e quase não se exerga nada nele. E alguns produtos do frigobar estavam vencidos. Da 1° vez que estivemos aí, saímos decepcionados com alguns casos que eu já relatei e novamente alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. Infelizmente essa é a impressão que ficou foi essa, nos foi oferecido passar a tarde lá para aproveitar o resto do dia, como forma de "compensar" mas eu ja tinha compromisso.
