O hotel me deve essa diária!
A obra de expansão ao lado incomodou muito, barulho o dia todo. Deveriam me devolver ao menos um voucher para eu visitar o hotel novamente como compensação! Além disso o Wi-Fi não estava funcionando devido a fibra rompida, o que impediu que eu pudesse participar de uma reunião! O hotel ficou me devendo essa diária!

voltaria.
Foi muito boa, mesmo o hotel estar em fase de obras(ampliações), esquecem que a recepção é o primeiro lugar de chegados dos hospedes ai vai a principal critica o abandono total da dependência se faz necessario um trato urgente não requer alto custo com retorno bom, mesmo porque possuem equipe de jardinagem e obras, tambem se possivel fugir das abordagens dos vendedores de COTAS (enganação) da nova fase do resort.

Ótima opção em família. Destaco as piscinas e o café da manhã. Só o sinal de wifi dentro do quarto que era fraco, mas do lado de fora e nas áreas comuns era ótimo.

O resort é muito bom, mas a experiência foi frustrante. Reservamos por 4 dias. durante os 4 dias a área de lazer estava interditada (piscina etc). Pro resort são apenas 4 dias de paralisação em um ano todo. pra nós que planejamos nossa Lua de Mel lá, foram 4 dias de frustração. simplesmente não usufruímos daquilo que pagamos.

Excelente opção para estadia com crianças.
Ficamos no quarto 311, casal com duas crianças. Quarto amplo, confortável e limpo. Decoração do hotel, no geral, é rústica. A área de piscinas é excelente para passar bastante tempo com crianças (funciona das 10h às 17h e há frequentadores por meio de "day use"). O acesso à praia em frente (cacimbinhas, bastante privativa) é por meio de escadaria, basta atravessar a rua para chegar até ela. A barraca do chico, única no "pé" da escadaria, é boa. O banho de mar é melhor na maré baixa. O café da manhã tem itens comuns a outras pousadas, é saboroso. Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos. Importante: reservei pelo app do hotéis.com e apareciam opções com ou sem estacionamento mas qualquer estadia dá direito ao estacionamento. Permitem checkout tardio e pode usar área de piscinas após entregar o quarto. Há possibilidade de estadia sem café da manhã, reduzindo o valor.

Foi muito boa nossa estadia, café da manha maravilhoso e muito tranquilo o ambiente. A única ressalva é o horario de funcionamento das piscinas, fecha às 20h e só reabre às 10h. Poderia abrir mais cedo..fica à dica.

Hotel maravilhoso. Limpeza impecável em todas as areas. Mto conforto. Unicos pontos negativos são o atendimento, onde tudo é preciso ir até a recepção solicitar e a menina que fica ali, além de nao resolver enrola os clientes. Tivemos ptoblema com chuveiro e limpeza do quarto...ela dizia que já iria resolver mas o mesmo só aconteceu após muita reclamacao e procurarmos outro funcionario. Isso é ruim pq ninguem sai de ferias pra se incomodar, ainda mais com um bebê. Outro ponto negativa é a copa baby, horrivel, com nada de estrutura. É preciso lavar mamadeira e utensílios num banheiro ao lado. Não condiz com o restante do hotel.
