"This is a very luxurious hotel, the room was expertly cleaned everyday and the gym and spa area was immaculate and probably the best I have experienced in terms of quality and facilities. Initially we had a room facing the main junction which we found a bit noisy. We got moved to a room on the opposite side which was much quieter. "This is my second stay with Springdale Serviced Residence. The apartment was big and clean. You feel like home staying here. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only downsize is big bus cannot enter their car park to allow us to load and unload our luggage. But the concierge will help us ferry our luggage to the main road and settle our luggage. We have pleasant here, thanks to the helpful concierge for handling 30 over pieces of luggage."

"Upon check in was told i hv to pay breakfast for extra pax even though i booked n paid extra for all with breakfast. Toilet door spoilt, cannot be open, response was fast n they changed lock. Also fix another toilet door difficult to close. Breakfast was good but we do not want to pay breakfast everyday for extra pax due to Miscommunication between agent n hotel, location was also good. "The walk from the hotel to Lin Hexi mrt is not near. It will take at least 10mins on foot. If you are rooming with friend, you may not feel comfortable as there is no door to the toilet. Toilet and shower are separated but comes with only one glass door that can see it through. The door can only use at one cubicle. There is a good massage place beside the hotel, at level 20. There is one small eatery shop selling HK style chee cheong fun opp the hotel is good. "

"Old but gold. Old hotel, old design and deco, but clean and well-maintained. Nice and firm bed, quiet rooms ensure you'll enjoy a good night's sleep. 3 restaurants, 2 of which the dim sum and Japanese restaurants are highly rated. There's a convenience stall in the lobby as well. There's a spa which we didn't get to try. The gym is basic but functional."
