"A host fee that was outrageous and never got a response or heard from or really didn't believe she existed never had any communication the place was old and she had to clean the kitchen and dishes before using and refrigerator etc. The floors were in terrible condition and we had construction from 7-5 pm every day going on jackhammers and hammers all day but they seemed to think that was acceptable it was pop absolutely horrid and wound up physically ill.we were supposed to be on vacation and...

"It was a studio unit. The refrigerator made a rattling motor noise throughout the night. When I went to get towels for the pool, I was told the unit was not entitled to use any of the facilities on the property. The pool attendant said, “he never saw me,” and I told him. “I was never here”, so I did use the pool. However, I don’t think you should advertise pool, when technically you’re not allowed to use it.
