"It’s a 3 star hotel that doesn’t pretend to be anything other. It’s clean. The food is good and the staff are very helpful. Despite the fact that the hotel was full the room was very quiet and we had a good nights sleep. It was really hot outside and the hotel staff provided us with a fan. Great place to stay"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Grove Hotel. The location is excellent, with everything you need just a short walk away. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out.
A special thank you to Roberto, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help — service like that makes all the difference!
I was also working during part of the trip and was pleasantly surprised to find several quiet, comfortable spots around the hotel that were perfect for getting work done.
Highly recommend for both leisure and business stays — we’ll definitely be back!"
Ocean Beach Hotel and SPA Bournemouth - OCEANA COLLECTION
4/5 Good
Poor Parking.
"Unfortunately the hotel car park was full on arrival, so had to pay £21 to park on the road. One of my wing mirror's ( adjacent to the pavement) was deliberately smashed overnight. I did manage to park in the hotel car park on Saturday, however I will not risk coming back to the hotel again. The incident spoilt the weekend. "

"We enjoyed a nice few days in this peaceful hotel which had everything we needed. We particularly chose this hotel for its close proximity to the chair lift down the cliff to the beach ,giving a flat walkway along the beach and then back up using the lift.. Due to a landslip this lift was out of action which severely curtailed our access to the main part of Bournemouth. Due to mobility issues it was necessary to take a taxi to and from the hotel. Sadly this means we would not book this hotel again."
