We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. "Tried to review taking into account the price. It was a good location to break the journey. I arrived very late, reception lady helped me take bags to room as no lift. Very big room. Run down but clean and warm. Big bathroom with bath clean Thing i didnt like on leaving the cleaners looked like a family man wife and kid opened my door no english, didnt like the way they were not knocking wouldn't have felt safe. I asked the way out, asked if they spoke english and the kid young boy insulted...
