"We chose this hotel as we needed to catch an early Flybus to Bengaluru Airport from the bus station across the road. It is also convenient for siteseeing and a short walk to the Palace. Reception efficient and upgraded our room when we complained of a smell in our bathroom. We found the jungle themed decor in the restaurants unpleasant. Breakfast choices quite good. No umbrellas and no shade for sun beds at the pool."

"It is very well positioned next to the Jaganmohan Palace with its interesting Art gallery and a gentle walk the Mysore Palace. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was standard fare. However my room was not cleaned during my stay which, considering that the hotel was not busy, was unsatisfactory. However it was reasonable value."

"Do not go for delight or deluxe stay, its not at all value for money. Rooms are not hygienic and they provide us torn towels and pillows very old bed sheets . Bathroom fittings are not standard. Overall very cheap setup."

Rooms wasnt well prepared... only 2 towels, no hand towels, leaky water faucet made the whole bathroom wet.. no floor towels, broken clothes hanger behind toilet door. King bed was bent in the middle due to age.. Ive been a windflower patron for over 15 years, Overall not worth the money anymore unless they do a major overhaul. "
