"Hotel has clearly had a recent refurbishment undertaken and everyone has been done to a very high standard. Facilities throughout are excellent. Staff at the reception area are very helpful. However, some of the waiting staff within the restaurant area were very poor and took a long time to bring water or the invoice at the end of the meal. It was effectively impossible to get any beverages apart from water with dinner. I found the staff working in the gym area to be rude and confrontational...
