"Need an email with a code to open the lock box to obtain room key. I had to wait for another patron to open the box to get mine. The emailed code arrived 2 hours after I moved in. It was warm so we opened the windows only to be smothered by cigarette smoke from below. We could not park the car in the garage without the keys in the lock box. "It is quite a charming hotel..It has a very warm atmosphere The reception was excellent. The receptionist gave us information about the hotel and the city. It was a great welcome. The hotel has no laundry service. That is the only inconvenience I found but I can manage. I highly recommend this hotel. It has an excellent dining room with great menu."
