"I got in at midnight and in the morning I asked for a late checkout. The hotel wasn’t busy. The front desk person said no and wouldn’t budge. He said the cleaning staff was ready to leave. They were not. They were still cleaning several rooms. Housekeeping also knocked on my door two hours before check out even though I had my do not disturb sign out. "
