"We enjoyed our stay. There are not a lot of amenities provided. For example, hair shampoo or hair conditioner. They only provide shower gel. there is no room safe. Four rooms are in close proximity to the reception desk, resulting in some ambient noise from guest check-ins and staff conversations. Additionally, being located on the ground level, there is some potential for traffic noise. While this did not pose an issue for us, it may be a consideration for other guests. "No communication at all!!! Never answered calls or emails. No extra towels. No kettle, no breakfast bowls, only one roll of toilet paper for three days , no blankets, wrong address listed. Stranded for one hour looking for apartment keys. Do not book!!!!"

"Loved it all. The rooms we booked were perfect and most importantly very clean. The easiest check in and out I have ever experienced. Great communication prior to arrival and great location! "The apartment is renovated and has code locks which is super convenient. There is a laundry facility on site, walking distance to multiple stores, grocery, bakery, etc. There is a very cute little backyard. There is a reapot and coffee maker, fridge, and an electric stove with all you need to cook a dinner. I really loved the black out blinds. The minuses include a very strong smell of smoke inside. "The room was great, very cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for our holiday. The location was really convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and metro and bus stations all close by. The only small issues were that the WiFi could be slow at times, and the hot water didn’t last long after turning off the heat button. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it! "

"The staff is amazing ‘Jesse’ and Maria are warm sweet and welcoming. They helped us with every question we had: how to find delicious dining, laundromat, optician to fix my glasses, how to use website to get train tickets to our next week of travel and more. The location is the perfect spot to be centrally located to explore upper and lower town Thessaloniki- very walkable. Easily took 4 walking tours that I found on GPSmycity and one that I custom made. Our accommodations were classy, cozy and well appointed. The decorators that gentrified the building are top notch. We were there in winter and had excellent heating, hot beverages and fluffy towels. My favorite away from home spoiling was the in room Nespresso and slippers! I would definitely stay there again if we get to go back. "
