The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. They gave us a free room upgrade, and the new room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provided free water bottles and coffee/microwave use, extra toiletries, and anything we could need. They also were very helpful in answering our questions and recommending things to do. The only we problem we had was with contacting them after hours, when our key card stopped working and locked us out of the building.

Very nice and friendly place in Thessaloniki
Very nice and clean place, 10 minutes walk from the port. Very well maintained and designed. We had a lovely balcony to the street (that is pretty small and quiet). The communication with the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Would recommend the stay there for short stays. The price was terrific for the size of the room and the condition. The only downside is that the hotel has no elevator, so we had to take the suitcases 4 flours up.

The place did not match wat was expected from the pictures. The bathroom was great. But the room had a certain smell that never went. The floor looked dirty even though it was cleaned. The water from the shared electric kettle had white deposits on it so I could not drink any hot drinks. The staff were helpful especially the gentleman. However, I would not stay there again. For a similar price I stayed in amazing accommodation in Pireaus, and Athens city centre.
