"Nice property. Smaller than we thought. Just one main dining room. Small food selection. Items frequently repeated. No service on the beach. There are menus attached to umbrellas with QR codes to scan, how we menu is outdated and cannot order from beach. Need to go to beach bar. Never saw an employee on the beach. The all inclusive drink menu limited to about 5 cocktails to choose from and don’t change daily. The beach chair menus had other drinks how not allowed to request for all inclusive and told “menu outdated”. "
"Staff and hotel itself excellent .
We understand that most of tourists at Kineta Hotel are brought in by French spiking tour providers, and that’s awesome, but a bit more of English announcement would be much appreciated.
Staff spoke both languages, and always so helpful.
Thank you, for lovely time at your Hotel.
Svetlana and Milan"
"Great breakfast. Loved the area and we had a car to explore which was necessary. The waterpark and watersport activities are not part of the hotel, which is not clear from the website. Poor engagement from the staff we met in the spa and at reception with the exception of the very pleasant gentleman at reception on the first morning of our stay. "
