"It was wonderful from the beginning at check-in! The staff was so welcoming, informative and felt like a genuine welcome. The rooms were clean, big, and comfortable. The elevator was quick and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful & in a nice restaurant setting downstairs! "
"This modern facility is quaint with a friendly staff & a killer breakfast buffet option. Rooms are small but comfortable with new technology. Location is perfect for strolling on Alaskan Way for food & shopping options. "
"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and every staff member we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was amazing as well as the bar and restaurant downstairs. Very walkable location. Loved the decor. This will be our place to stay from now on while in Seattle."
"This hotel has everything you need! The location is perfect to walk to so many things or take a train. The beds and pillows are comfy. I thought there would be a lot of noise but it was very quiet in my room.
I wish the coffee shop opened a little earlier (I am an early bird when exploring a new city) but they have a Keurig and good coffee in room, and—just an aside—I wish hotels would just go back to cleaning up your room without having to ask. I’m fine reusing towels but I miss the days when they would just freshen up rooms, take out trash, make beds.
It’s part of why it’s fun to stay in a hotel. But I also know it’s more eco friendly and cost effective and makes hotels more affordable.
This is a great place to stay though! They happily stored our luggage too. Would stay here again!
Thank you! "
