"This was a very nice hotel and in a great location for walking the old town of Nuremberg. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I would say to be aware of is there is not an elevator so you need to lug your bags up at least 2 floors. I don’t remember seeing this information in the description of the hotel but perhaps I missed it. There are small steps in random thresholds and the staircase is uneven in elevation. "This place is a hidden gem, if you like a small hotel with lots of character. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The rooms are rather small and spartan, but the section of the building we were in was built in 1345, so set your expectations accordingly. Underground parking for your is right next door and you can easily walk to everything, so it's very convenient. I will definitely stay there again next time!"
