"No power point in kitchen. Door at balcony not able to be locked. No serving dishes or salad bowls but a drawer full of salad servers. No cross ventilation. Depressing concrete enclosure on patio. Back laneway becomes a noisy drunken party area after dark with foul language. "

"This place is flash!!! The moment we opened the door, our mouths dropped. The view of the beach was stunning, the room was super modern and clean. No sample products, they actually had full bottles of bathroom products for us to use. The bed was super comfy, and the bath was amazing. This place exceeded our expectation. "

"Just wanted to shout out the a front desk staff named Andrew. What a top notch guy! He’s very friendly, courteous, professional and hospitable. Qualities that’s so rare to find these day in hospitality. He is such an asset to the hotel and surely left a lasting impression. We had a one bedroom and loved the balcony and living room with the view of Bond University light at night. Great stay!"

"The room was spacious with a large enclosed balcony and very well appointed. Amazing pool area, overlooking the beach. Can get very windy by the pool. Bar service by pool but difficult to get service and QR code not operating. Restaurants very expensive, need more options for food. Close walk to light rail, only one stop to Broadbeach. "
