"Wow, where to start. For background info, my wife and lived for 3 years in Kenya and have visited numerous luxury lodges and been on various types of game drives. THIS lodge was without doubt the most impressive we have ever visited and the whole staff were incredibly friendly. The food was exceptional and especially in the evening had a dinner party vibe. "One word would do it... 'WOW'. Top 3 of the perfect places I've visited. Tranquil, elegant and the most marvelous staff available. "The accommodation was good, especially the customer service, which was great, and the menu options. However, coordination between reservations and restaurants needs to be improved. The rooms were advertised as inclusive of breakfast. However, the restaurant seems to operate with different information, which creates confusion and embarrassment. "

"I found a place that the air cnditioning was very important. They confirned that there was air conditioning in the room. When we got there he said 'sorry aircon not working but we giving you a fan' A loud noisy fan which did nothing except move hot air from side to side. We did not sleep the entire night. Without aircon the mosquitos had a field day on us. Very disappointed and will not use again. "

Unbelievable

"Our stay was fantastic. As a family we had a great amazing time together. The food, loads of it, was delicious. For the evening meal we had the option of the fastfood up in the Sun City Centre. The package we took included the valley of waves entrance for everyone and everyday we where there, including check-in day and checkout day. We had a great room, loved the shower, kids had the TV for a few minutes before they fell off to sleep exhausted from the amazing time in the valley of waves with all the slides and the tings to do. It was awesome."
