I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. "I came to Destin for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration. Let me start off by saying my main purpose and goal was the ocean…and this unit did not disappoint. The pictures are dull compared to how beautiful it is when you walk onto the balcony. We could watch the sun set from the balcony. This rental had everything we needed except washer and dryer which was my mistake - I didn’t realize the one bedrooms do not have washer and dryers. "The hotel was nice! Room was clean and lots of channels on tv, which I liked. The only complaint is that there was a bum smoking on the bench outside the door. It made me feel unsafe. When I went back outside to gather my things from the car he followed me inside and went to the breakfast area to get something and I quickly went up to my room and locked the door. My question is why wasn’t the front desk attendant doing anything about this? She was in the back when I arrived and I had to ring the bell for her to come. She was not watching and taking care of the front very well. I could have easily stolen food or alcohol from the cooler and she wouldn’t have known. I think this place needs a better front desk attendant at night!"

"Love Home2Suites! They are always clean. The room was very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need, a great sized fridge and even a dishwasher. The bathroom was clean, well stocked and a good size. We will continue to book this hotel chain for future trips if it's available."
