"My wife and I had a great experience. We were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary. From the point of entry and checking in to our departure was very smooth. Prior to our arrival, I had been communicating with Eni Pratiwi trying to understand how to prepare for our trip and requiring guidance on transportation and amenities offered at the Kimpton. This made our initial preparation and expectation easy since we knew what to expect. Upon arrival we were offered a nice drink and we were met with a smiling front desk staff member by the name of Sofia. She was very helpful getting us checked in and advising us on the resort. In fact she made our visit more special by sending us a bottle of wine and a personalized card to celebrate our anniversary. Throughout the week, the location of the beach, cleanliness of the hotel and beach was exceptional. We also found a location on the beach with trees and an umbrella to help my wife enjoy the beach since she is sensitive to the sun. We met Elton and Jimbo who took care of us while we were on the beach with fresh towels and advice on how to make the most of our time on the beach. Service was excellent when it came to getting drinks and food. The quality and price met our expectations as being reasonable for a resort. When we went to the breakfast buffet, the food is excellent"

"My stay at the Marriott was wonderful! The staff was so accommodating and treated me with respect and great hospitality. I would have loved a beach front property but there’s an hourly shuttle that takes you to a nearby beach. Would recommend to first time travelers to the island."

"We’ve stayed there before and will stay again!! Same great staff very convenient to 7 mile beach. Only negative is the resort fee which is like an airline luggage fee which I think is wrong. But they all do it the way I understand "

"Property was very clean , central location. Use the Marriott public beach access , much closer than the beach the hotel directs you to. They give you towels and beach supplies. Restaurant breakfast was ok. There’s a gas station right across the street that’s pretty stocked."

"Beautiful property in a lovely quiet area. Pool was fabulous, gym was well appointed and the canal area nice to stroll around. Close to everything… a few mins to walk to nearest beach and supermarket. We were very happy here"
