"It takes over than one hour to get some towels because there was no towels when we arrive .. and to open the extra bed after 8 calls and several msgs .. and the reception wasn’t friendly at all .. our stay ways only for 8 hours but it wasn’t good at all "

"Nice clean safe hotel apartment, would happily stay there for longer. Kind staff, nice bathroom and shower etc and the balcony view was amazing. Lovely private beach at the back, Sainsbury’s close by, free limousine service to be ordered by the hotel up until 10pm at night. Lovely place to stay, only downside for honeymoon couples is that they don’t offer the option of decorating the room for you as offered at other hotels and they don’t ask to do housekeeping, they want the customers to call...

"The best thing about the property are the staff. Always courteous and pleasant and willing to help. The only negative was when one off our party was feeling slightly ill at dinner time and we requested that she be allowed to take some food to her room to eat later. One of the waiting staff took our request to the manager who said it was company policy not to take food from the restaurant. Understandable but this was an exceptional circumstance. All the manager could suggest was that we used room...

"There is night club downstairs , arrived after midnight could hear boom sound of music from the room . Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Zero plates or cutlery zero milk or sugar to make simple cup of tea. Beds are comfortable, morning was quiet and peaceful, apartment was quiet nice and roomy but not stocked with basic items you find in most apartment hotels "

"The amenities were amazing. The customer service was great esppecially the staff at Thai Kitchen. My room was a bit dated and smelled of mildew. I didn't ask to be move or cleaned so that is on me."

"15 night stay as moving to Doha with work, had a lovely Studio with wifi, washing machine, fridge freezer and cooker. Fantastic gym with amazing views and swimming pool. The staff were very attentative and friendly. Great location for walking the Corniche and near the two stunning museums, would stay here again. "
