"Beautiful room during off season. The staff was great but stretched thin. Elevators out of order and renovations at pool area. The snack/convenience shop was not stocked nor staffed. Breakfast was good but again staff seemed overwhelmed."

"This is a very special property built as a place to enjoy the mild winter and dry air of Tucson. The rooms and grounds are meticulously maintained. The interior public spaces are grand, furnished with antique furniture built on site. The high standards for maintenance and the quality of the staff make this place as good as it ever was. On site amenities as good as can be found anywhere. "

"Absolutely beautiful, historic hotel. They did an incredible job restoring it and making it over the top welcoming! From the wine and books to the back patio, fruit trees, bicycles, beautiful furniture, fabulous linens, to the personal service and cozy atmosphere... I wasn't sure if I wanted to go explore Tucson or stay in and savor it. Service was lovely, personable, and warm. I look forward to a longer stay next time. "

"The staff was excellent Sayd was extremely helpful. The patio area connected to our room was disappointing and the resort doesn’t really look like it does on the website. The pool area was beautiful and the food at the restaurant was delicious and that area was very nice. I loved all the little nooks and separate seating areas. "

"A beautiful property that is spotlessly clean! The staff is well trained, professional, and courteous. We especially enjoyed the attention to detail in the design of the rooms, from the ample storage and seating to the bathroom nightlights. We can’t wait to visit Tucson again soon so we can (hopefully!) stay at The Eddy again. "

"We stayed at the Casitas for 5 days while attending the Tucson Rock and Gem Show. It was like a home away from home. So much better than staying in a hotel. Full kitchen was great - as was the gas fireplace. We would definitely stay there again. "
