"Nice, newly renovated hotel close to SM Aura which has a lot of casual and nicer restaurants. It is also walking distance vyo Market market where you can shop for souvenirs. It is clean, comfortable and spacious room. The only little inconvenience is that it is right in front of a very busy street both for pedestrian, cars and motorcycles. "The property has a nice and scenic greeneries from the above. We love the view. But owner of the condo needs to fix or replace some of the broken beds. Dining chairs are beginning to fall apart. Need to be replaced. Also to have hot water on kitchen and bathroom sinks for sanitary purposes."

"I am amazed by the attention to service from the two evening hostess, Cate and Issa, in the Residence Lounge. Both were very engaging and attentive to the guests requests and they look sharp in their well appointed uniforms. But it is their smiles and service level that really make the New World Residence Lounge memorable."
