"The people were amazing! The pool was fantastic! We were made to feel like we were part of the family. Even let us do a little load of laundry!
We were treated with authentic Turkish treats and coffee and tea. Fabulous!"
"Ideal hotel for a family holiday. The hotel rooms, dinning, amenities were all excellent. The grandchildren loved going into the theme parks and water parks right on your doorstep. We couldn’t fault anything a wonderful holiday"
"Rooms is small, but has completely everything good condition like new. Has smart Tv and good working A/C. This hotel good , if you plan stay outside and go for excursions, or have day in publick beach, and enjoy food in restaurant. But for price, i like all new interior and room was realy clean, with nice bathroom"
"A lot of stores and restaurants within 5 minuts of walking also the Land of Legends is nearby.
A simple pool with 2 slides, it is enough for what you pay. The rooms look nice."

8/10 Good
"Food and receptionist are good, but I'm not satisfied for cleaning of rooms & pools. "
"It was a great experience! great environments lots to do lots to eat!! full access to land of levends theme parks and everything in the area, beach access is from 1-4:30pm at Rixo Premium Belek which is another resort by shuttle and access to it's amenities which was great! We had great time overall.
Only thing I wish they did was to explain the resort layouts with map, things to do and things that are included and not included upon check in. the place is big and it's very easy to get confused about what you have access to and also part of your all inclusive package.
Overall we are pretty happy about our experience and will be returning next time. "

"Pros:
Very clean pools and inside of buildings, very reasonable pricing, most staff were nice, good to very nice nightly shows, routine shuttles to and from the beach (seel cons as well), rather good gym and nice equipment (see cons as well), daycare staff were super nice (see cons).
Cons:
Food was mostly disappointing(you could usually find an item or two that you'd want to eat but nothing to ever get excited about), wifi was poor, even though shuttle to/from the beach was nice but it also stranded a whole bunch of people on the last pick up for the day from the beach (including a family with 2 young kids and another family with a kid in stroller) without the hotel taking responsibility or even blinking an eye, staff mostly did not speak or understand English beyond the basic greetings (to the point that even ordering omletes in the morning was challenging at times), even though the gym was nice but the attendant who always worked out there too was always on the phone speaking which was extremely annoying and distracting, the staff working at the kids centre even though super nice were always on their phones (even when they invited our kids inside to play with), the guy working at the spa seemed to be on commission always trying to get someone booked in for massage so even picking towels from spa was not comfortable, the buffet restaurant had very limited opening window with very poor attendance (good cleanup though)
Bottom line: ok for the $ but don't expect services."
