"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Clair hotel. We booked a sea view suite, it really was worth the little extra - a fabulous view, spacious room with sitting and sleeping areas, vety comfortable. All reception people were lovely and helpful. Parking is free in their underground car park as parking on the sea front is tricky. There are multiple dining options but do book ahead as the Tiki restaurant loked nice but was full on both nights. "The only reason I am marking this down is because there was a grand total of the kitchen. There were no sponges, tea towels or dishwashing supplies. There wasn't a full set of cooking equipment so it was difficult to cook for a group. The plates, glassware, mugs and cutlery etc. were cheap and unmatched. "Great stay. Clean, warm. Staff were friendly. Easy walk to the octagon, restaurants. Booked a carpark downstairs easy access via lift up to our floor. There is a height limit of 1.9m which wasn’t an issue for us with a medium sized 4am. Views were amazing from the 8th floor. Chromecast to tv from our phone so easy - didn’t need to log in to our streaming accounts on tv. Would stay again."
