"I went there for 7 nights and informed them 1 week prior to my arrival that I’m vegan. When I arrived the front desk staff simply ignored me and told that they don’t have any food for me. They can only offer me a salad. They let me run to the town and acted like as if it was my problem. After starving for 2 days i asked for a senior manager to discuss the issue with them. Luckily there were 2 outstanding people who made sure that I get proper food and will be looked after. At the breakfast I met One and she was super friendly and so caring. Not only to me but to all the guests. Same goes for the F&B manager Tristan who made sure that all my requirements are met and also went the extra mile to create several options for vegan food for me.Tristan and One are the reason why I enjoyed the stay there. But I highly recommend the management to train your front desk people as this behaviour was extremely rude and unacceptable."

"Stayed just after New Years and the entire area was quiet with only a few vacationers. Beach was almost deserted and the weather was perfect! Resort was great and I highly recommend it but I would also recommend you have a car or motorbike, which you can rent locally, as it’s a bit of a walk to get to Restaurant's or 7/11. Beach is just across the road and easy to get to. "
