"The hotel and staff were very good. Staff went out of their way to change out my feather pillows and offer extra towels. The breakfast was better than most. It was a little difficult to find, especially after dark. There were no restaurants a walkable distance."

"Room was comfortable. Still needs some updates. Access was great, and was plenty of area to take the dog out. They need to update/repair the doors from outside to halls where rooms were. Some don't latch unless you manually pull them closed, so security could be iffy. Overall, it was an OK "

"The hotel was really clean. The mattress was comfortable. The room was really spacious and had all the amenities we needed. A refrigerator, microwave ironing board, and an iron. The staff were all very friendly. If we come to the Dalles again we will definitely stay here again. "
