"This sparklingly clean, boutique, family-run hotel is in a quite street with views from the historic ruins of St. John's Basilica, which like the Issa Bey Mosque, are just a short walk. Nurcan and her staff are so caring and accommodating that it's incredible. She arranged transfers and the most wonderful driver and tour guide for Ephesus, Leyla. The breakfast is the best I had in Turkey, which is saying something. Such a good value for the service and location. Stay here!"

"We had an excellent stay. Amazing service and coordination of Ephesus tour. Huseyin is an excellent host, always available for what we needed. Cemal was great also, he picked up from the airport, helped us and opened his amazing shop. Deniz provided excellent service too and taught us some Turkish! Very convenient spot with great restaurant on site. Would highly recommend. "

"We chose this hotel because the pool area looked great and the rooms looked comfortable. Both lived up to our expectations. The hotel is up a very small laneway and a little hard to find, but very well located in Selcuk. Parking is on the street, but there's enough. Check in could not have been easier or more pleasant. Our room was very comfortable, with enough closet space etc. for our clothes, and a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was served on the poolside patio or in a modest dining...

"Very clean and renovated place run by a nice family, in a quiet street with walking access to most of the sights around the town. Rooms are spacious. Main door is locked for security. You can park your car in the street. I travelled with my family and everyone enjoyed the stay. I will definitely recommend the place to everyone. "

"Wonderful garden hotel, well located near the centre of Selcuk and within walking distance to the museum, the basilica of St. John, Ephesus. The hospitality of the staff was excellent, the host make me feel at home from the first day I arrived and give lots of suggestion for my 3 day stay. An excellent Turkish breakfast was served every morning in the garden by the pool to get your day started before exploring. I highly recommended this hotel and I definitely will stay again. "

"I would like to particularly mention James, the staff who take care of me and my sisters from the time of checkin up to checkout. We checked in late at night and without any hesitation he prepared us a nice meal knowing that we were probably hungry at that time. At the time of checkout which was very early in the morning, he was there to take care of all our needs. Truly a wonderful human being and an invaluable asset to the hotel!!"

"I loved my stay at Amazon Antique! This darling little guest house has clean rooms and great air conditioning, but you'll really love it for the beautiful courtyard and delicious breakfast you'll enjoy in it. The staff are wonderful and so helpful! I very much enjoyed the local food suggestions that I wouldn't have found otherwise. "Enjoyed our stay at the Ave Maria. It was an easy (flat) walk to the bus station and from the train station. The room was cozy and had everything we needed, and the high pressure shower was the best of many hotels. The breakfast buffet was simple, with watermelon, pastry, cucumbers, and tomato plus a bit more. We had a balcony facing the castle, so I would count that as an incredible view. We recommend without hesitation. "

"You need a car as the hotel is up on the hill, about 10 blocks from the center of town. You need to follow the route they give you to arrive by car as some streets are too steep, or actually stairs. We were on the top floor, the views during sunset are great. The breakfast is nice and they are very accommodating"
