Front desk staffers, including Olha and Valeria (and everybody else) were very helpful with transportation, local information, etc. During my stay in September, I found Lviv to be VERY safe, and Bank Hotel has an accessible cellar in case of any alarms. This hotel has a great location, both walkable to restaurants and shopping, but on a quiet street. Bank is super clean, super quiet, with great breakfast also."
