"My daughter and her roommate were to stay here before flying out of Charlotte. The hotel have no toilet paper or towels. Trash cans are overflowing - literally bags of trash stacked up. There may be some construction impacting this, but the hotel condition at this time is completely unacceptable. They did indicate that the room would be refunded since they were not staying. I expect that will haappen."

"Upon checking in we found out that they offered a complimentary dinner option which was great since our son was complaining that he was hungry. They also had complimentary drinks for the adults. There is also a complimentary breakfast. The room is very nice and the bathroom is one of the nicer ones we've seen. "

"Found the room to be very comfortable, clean and well equipped. My only complaint is maintenance. Baseboards were peeling off the walls and bathroom exhaust was very poor, causing high humidity in the room after a shower. TV was missing channels on and off during a 2 week stay. Staff was very friendly and attentive."

The only thing was the hotel needs some renovations and the bathroom had some stains (small) on the counter. Overall, had a decent stay. "
