"Night shify front desk worker lady is so helpful and eager to inform. Decent breakfast. The room is good, air conditioning and air quality unit in the room. They are a nice staff, i asked them all kinds of questions. Oh the laundry service takes ~16-24 hrs so keep that in mind."

"interesting concept for a hotel, very simple and clean rooms at a good price. Thing that stands out for me is the staff. they were amazing! so friendly and helpful. i had an early flight so i had to leave before breakfast opened. they made me tea and organised some fruit and toast, did what they could. its a great hotel if your staying 1-2 nights in Bangkok and i would stay again "

"This hotel has no facilities, no breakfast, no pool, no entrance drive area, no luggage storage room in the front desk, small room with small bathroom withoutwindow view, small lobby. Also, ac will be off when leaving the room, which means thenroom will be hot when you are back. For me, it's like 1.5-2 star hotel. If you just wanted a place to sleep, that will do, but don't expect anything else."

"Love the staffs, they are young and energetic and super friendly and smiling all the time, they look like they enjoy their work so much, at least they respect their job. Just that the area seems quite hidden, some drivers couldn’t find it easily. seems like no 7-11 nearby which isn’t t convineint but the room is very new and very clean and the cleaners even fold my sleeping clothes which is very nice. "

"Banyan continues to be my favorite hotel during my stays in Bangkok. The staff operates in a level above and beyond other local hotels. They are professional, helpful, and pleasant. They really make a customer feel welcome. The food is also phenomenal. I’m not a breakfast person but I kept going to the buffet because of the quality of the selection. It’s healthy and delicious! The hotel’s best amenity remains the spa and the aromatherapy used throughout the stay. They continually change the fragrances in the room, which helps the guest relax. My only qualm remains the long walk to the local dining areas, but you get what you pay for especially with Banyan. The quality is definitely 5 star."
