"Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Helped with booking tour and laundry. Good accommodation, weather not great but had electric blanket and aircon/ heater which made it very cosy. Drinks and food cheap, wine lovely. Good location for attractions in local area."

"We really enjoyed staying here. It’s perfectly placed in the centre of Tam Coc meaning there’s dozens of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The boat tour from the harbour opposite is stunning. D was a great host and provided a load of options for things to do to make the most of the Ninh Binh area. We hired a moped through the hotel for a good price and were able to see all of the wonderful sights. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. "

"El entorno y el hotel es precioso, para mí el mejor de pu luong. La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. Nos dejaron quedarnos dos horas más de checkout. Recomiendo este alojamiento aunque debería mejorar la atención directa con el cliente. "

"This place is a calm oasis in the middle of the rice fields. It is near enough to all tourist attractions to reach easily but far enough from them that you experience the real Vietnam. The rooms, views, setting and FOOD are excellent. But the staff are beyond excellent. So kind and helpful and attentive. Thank you Dat and Alita for all of your kindness "

beautiful nature resort with excellent servuce

"this place was absolutely beautiful and the service was impeccable. we were there for the soft opening so we felt lucky to sort of have the place to ourselves while they were still doing finishing touches. the property is gorgeous and it’s close to the little town where everything is. they have a free shuttle to the town or nice bicycles you can rent. the rooms were so nice and brand new! "

"We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us. He ran out and collected our bags and took them to our room then showed us around. He was a very nice man, with good english skills. The next day we had a fresh local breakfast and they told us of the nice sights to see. While we were sight seeing they washed our laundry for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet area close to nice restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone "
