"I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is lovely with gardens, flowers, trees, and several inviting outdoor common spaces. My room was comfortable and very clean. The owner is delightful. She shared Thai coffee and oolong tea with me in the morning helping to make my stay memorable."

"The shower had black mould. There were no hangers to hang clothes on. There was no safe. Sometimes the towels had stains. The breakfast was limited to eggs, sausages, OJ and coffee/tea every day. "Everything was perfect: staff, new, modern building and room, cleanness, facilities plus Asian breakfast included in room price (which was not mentioned during booking). You need your own transport as hotel is located quite far from Chiang Khan (my favourite town in Thailand). Would recommend."
