"Lovely modern hotel, nice modern rooms, good breakfast. Hotels.com info doesn’t state aircon but this is included as well as kettle. Only downside is the location is a little out of town which means you need to drive."
"This hotel seems ordinary as a 3-star hotel but the staff is exceptional. The location is great for a night market walking distance on the weekend( I am not sure whether there is a night market on Monday through Friday.) Great shopping both food and others for souvenirs."
"We loves the hotel. Our room was on the seventh floor and the view was awesome. The hotel is located close to several large restaurants or bars and it is very loud at night. The breakfast in the description says buffet. Every day you have the options. They are rice soup, boiled eggs, a noodle dish and toast. We found a restaurant very close with a great breakfast, Cupcake at Phayao. Amazing!"
"Very nice place to stay … clean, well maintained, great pool. The only drawback, which is a small thing, was that free drinking water was not provided. Water was 15 baht for a small bottle. "

"The hotel was comfortable but basic. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, just in the common areas. Free buffet breakfast included was basic - advertised testaurant was only open for breakfast.
Hotel was in a quiet area but I think they were doing some renovations as there was a lot of hammering and banging during the day."
"This was just an overnight stay in the provincial capital to meet friends for dinner and hang out a bit, as our home is about 30km away from town. The hotel is decent, a bit dated in design and décor but clean and like most Phayao hotels very inexpensive by Western standards. There are shops and a few small restaurants in the immediate area, and the Kwan Phayao lakefront is almost walking distance, though we didn't go to the lake as recent flooding in the area meant some restaurants were closed. In the hotel itself, the pool was closed for renovations, which was disappointing; the fitness center was open, and fairly large and well equipped. Breakfast was included but nothing really to "write home about.""
