We booked a king suite online. When we arrived an hour later, they said all kings were sold out and we were given a double queen. In a way, I suppose this was for the best. The first bed was like lying on the ground. The other bed was, at best, like lying on a thin blanket on the ground. My husband and I both woke up with backaches. Add in a dirty sock in a corner, poorly patched walls, and overall dinginess assures I won’t stay in this hotel again.

My bathroom did not have ashier curtain. I called the front desk and they gave me on to put up. I have never had that happen before. No ice machines working in the hotel. I had to get bags of ice from the front desk. I am glad I only had one night to stay.

The first room we were put in the AC system was broke, when calling front desk to ask how to work it, they knowing knew it was broke and asked if we wanted to move rooms. I am thankful we were able to move rooms l, my suggestion would be if you know there is something broke in a room… don’t put guests in that room before other rooms. Other than that the stay was great.

Room service thought I had left because I went out the front door to move my truck around the side close to my room. They watched me leave but didn’t see me come back in. I was in my room for ten minutes and the maid busted in to go through my bags and I was in the room. I was startled and got up yelling. She ran down the hallway. I reported her to the staff and the lady said she was new and didn’t know what to do I ended up leaving because I didn’t feel safe.

Convenient to the highway, restaurants and a shopping mall. The room seemed a bit smaller than other Fairfield Inns that I’ve stayed at. Only one chair and no luggage rack.

The check in and out counter personnel were great. The breakfast was good and the lady working the area was friendly and inviting. Neither ice machine on the 2nd floor was working. Cable channels didn't work either. The attendant did come up to the room and try to make it work and noted that another couple rooms had complained of the same thing. The bodywash dispenser was completely empty so we all took showers using only the shampoo. I often bring my own but missed it this trip, fully expecting such things to be there in case I needed them. For the cost of one night's room and the hotel brand/name, yes, I did expect more.
