"Perfect apartment, everything you need, in downtown of the city no need to use your car. Everything nearby, shopping, food, quiet appartment, they answer the phone all time. I have nothing to complain about. I really recommend this place."

Le propriétaire nous a informé que c'est une annonce frauduleuse en place depuis avril 2023 mais toujoursenligne. Le service client de Hôtel.com n'a pas pu nous reloger. "The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"

"L'environnement était très bruyant toutes les nuits et le niveaux de propreté général de la résidence est médiocre. La literie est également décevante. Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). "Very helpful and friendly man at reception. Fast check in and check out. Hotel is very convenient for small airport nearby. Relaxed place, breakfast ok if very repetitive. Wifi good, shower good, nice balcony area, comfortable bed. Swimming pool seems to be more decorative than useable, i might not be correct here. Room a bit jaded and tired, light switches and furniture needs some attention. "

A stunning experience !!!!

"What an absolutely wonderful hotel in a wonderful location!!! - From the moment of arrival - I was treated superbly!!! My room was the Astor Suite and for the 3 days I had a fabulous time there. Maryam the Deputy Manager was outstanding and customer service is throughout every aspect of the hotel experience. The room was amazing and `I was able to work and enjoy at the same time. The hotel is fresh and clean and has space and beautiful citrus aromas in the hotel public areas. The Pool was fabulous and the staff so attentive. There is a pool and private beach area. The staff were constantly offering drinks and little touches of food offerings - amazing. Breakfast was buffet and constantly fully catered for to all tastes, my favourite was the yogurts with fruit. They made poached eggs/avocado and mushrooms which was historic!! I had a spa treatment which I did not want to end - it was fabulous. The bathroom products are Sodashi and again wonderful. I will definitely come back to the St Regis and cannot wait to come back with friends. Everyone at the hotel were exceptional and could not do enough for me!! It was simply amazing"
