"On the whole, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. There was a hiccup when we check in and they could not find our booking. It took some time but was sorted out. One minus point was the drainage at the shower area. The drainage was not good and fast enough for the rain shower and it started to pond and eventually flow out of the shower area. That makes the floor very slippery and thus the chances of slipping and falling is high."

"Excellent hotel for its location only sad issue is how busy the road is on front of the hotel,. Not the hotels fault but a reflection of the developments in the Highlands since the hotel was built and can imoact on some rooms staff friendly and effient good standard of food but shame not a wider selection of fruit at breakfast "

"From the moment you arrive at The Banjaran you know that there is something special on offer. The photos do not prepare you for the beauty of the site, the mountain backdrop and lush jungle with gently weaving paths promising so much and tempting you to explore. The caves and hot springs, picture perfect pool and all day dining. The villas are perfectly presented and provide so much more than a standard room, spacious living space and private pools, balcony over the water or furnished terrace...

"Nicely appointed hotel, but could improve on certain things. The pool needs more maintenance - it has quite a few chipped tiles that could be dangerous. We felt the sharp edges a few times during our swim sessions, and are lucky not to be hurt. Also, the ladder was missing a few steps the first time we were in the pool, but that was fixed the next time we went. The pillows are also rather soft, but I guess that could be a personal preference. Finally, stickers in the bathroom advised us...

"Hotel con muchos servicios pero esteticamente antiguo. Lo complicado es llegar no esta muy bien indicado. Y como hay otros hoteles antes te confundes. Buen servicio y comida. Habitacion sin aireacondicionado solo ventilador. Por la noche refresca. Puedes ir caminando al centro."
