Terchova is village at start of national park Mala Fatra. The main valley Vratna is very attractive. You should go for cable car to Chleb and admire the views. There is also nice walk in the Sutovska valley to Sutovsky waterfall.

"The check in and out very fast, reception staff very friendly and helpful, gave us a few tips about the village and activities around, made an appointment on our behalf with the head of village culture committee to give us a presentation about fujaras and playing on these instruments (free of charge). ..."
