"If we could give this property 10 stars, we would! Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect and much more than we were expecting. Our stay was the first at this hotel and our first visit to Italy. We really didn't know what to expect other than what is posted on their website mixed with the on-line reviews we found. "We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was dreamy with a classic clawfoot tub and beautiful windows. Water pressure was amazing. Our room overlooked a big persimmon tree. You could also hear church bells and the roosters which made the experience. The staff was incredible and very attentive. "The Good: - Clean and modern hotel - Pleasant staff - Nice architecture The Okay: - Breakfast buffet The Bad: - no hotel sign anywhere so you have to guess if you're in the right spot - no toiletries aside from soap mounted on the wall. - the spa is closed during the week - the artificial turf around the property is all wrinkled and looks cheap - the pool was closed during the week while I was there mid-June "

"Fantastic hotel in an amazing area! Late afternoon I walked up the hill to the castle and walked by peacocks….yep…peacocks!, vineyards, olive trees and horses. The hotel staff were truly wonderful- everyone was friendly and helpful. The restaraunts was delicious. All of the food is locally sourced and our wine was from a vineyard 5 minutes away. Sad we only had a 1 day stay on our way to Venice. On my list to return to this area and would 100% stay here again."

"Very odd stay experience - family with small children and a dog, renting out a small part of their home. Description indicated a shared kitchen, which was false and we could not cook as we had planned, so this was very disappointing, but we were allowed to use the pool for a while, which was great. Shared common area was also nonsense, as little children were watching TV there. Payment at property was only possible in cash, which was unexpected and would have been good to know prior to arriving...

Perfect hotel in Verona!

"We had a fairly small room but good, comfortable bed. The added bonus for us was the valet parking that worked amazing. Even though the hotel is in the city center, we could park, unload the car and then we left the key in the reception and it was parked. On the departing day we ordered the car for noon and no problem. Superb service! We will come back for sure!"

"Giovanni at the front desk was Súper courteous and nice! I don’t like the breakfast poor choices, too Many sweets wasn’t good neither, the egg was runny and the bacon under cook and the crosaint over cook! Also the shower was slippery almost fell"

"Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special."
