"Tranquil Tropical beauty everywhere you look. Lots of restaurants to choose and some have a dress code…a delicious buffet breakfast with an omelette and waffle station, many brunch items, fresh juice fresh fruit with bread, cheese, etc… you get a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh fruit in your room with a live red rose balcony to sit on it has table and two chairs… bathtub and shower are separate. Dorman baggage handler’s.. housekeeping is always readily available for any problems or concerns. The island is quite large. There are two airports that can get confusing. The north is closer to this location. If you book a transfer, make sure both your flights are going out of the same airport. Chic elegance. Cleverly stated."

"We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely spacious room with balcony, amazing views from the glass lined dining room. I enjoyed the pool every day although the water is bracing in February! Charming staff from the cheerful dining room manager to our room cleaner, to the receptionist who sent a cup of tea down to my wife when she felt unwell. Highly recommend! "

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a central location (right by Plaza de Espana), nice rooftop pool (with good views of the city) and a great rooftop bar, serving restaurant food in a nice relaxed setting. The food and cocktails/drinks was of great quality and very reasonably priced (especially for a hotel!). The young ladies at the reception desk who served me when I checked in were lovely and very friendly, despite me arriving a bit confused because of my autism, they showed me directly how to get to my room and one of them visibly walked to the lift to show me where to go! Santa Cruz is a lovely city which I much preferred to my stay in Puerto de la Cruz. The lido and botanical gardens is amazing and the city has a great metro service (which goes all the way to the beautiful city of La Laguna). The lovely beach of Playa de las Teresitas is only a 10-15 mins drive away by taxi (only 4 miles!) and has golden sand imported from the Sahara and great mountain views. When I checked out, one of the friendly ladies who checked me in asked me what I thought of my stay and I had nothing but praise. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a centrally located hotel in Santa Cruz!"
