"From the moment we arrived, we felt and saw the wow factor. The hotel is beautiful, the bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are large as well. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices. "Hotels can be made by their ambience, fixtures and fittings and food, but what really matters are the staff. This hotel has just about everything. Every hotel should have a Sophia, who was front of house and utterly charming. The restaurant staff were so very helpful, breakfast was fantastic and our room superb. A 5 Euro Uber/Bolt gets you into the old town in ten minutes. "

"This is a really fun place to stay. We stayed there as we were walking on the Camino Way and it was in a perfect location. The staff was great. They did not have an open restaurant, although they had a small dining area with a limited menu and were very kind to make us salads and quiches. "This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."
